江苏美佳康生物科技有限公司成立于2011年，坐落于国家级医药高新区--中国医药城；2013年取得《医疗器械生产许可证》,2018年重新换取《医疗器械生产许可证》。2018年取得ISO13485、ISO9001的体系认证证书。从2014年起陆续拥有呼吸系列、麻醉系列、外科系列、有源系列等十二个品种的二类《医疗器械注册证》，六个产品的一类备案证，还有多个产品正在研发、申报中；目前拥有多个发明专利，实用新型专利，多项专利正在申报中。

生产车间的整套配置，能够达到目前产品所需的基础设施要求和净化标准。配备了十万级空气调节净化系统和满足产品质量检测的设备和人员。

随着公司业务不断扩大及世界经济一体化进程的飞速发展，公司在现有基础上，与多所医学院校和科研机构合作，不断汲取外来的先进技术，加大技术研发投入力度，使产品质量不断完善和发展。
